SEPTEMBER 20-25, 2020
Waterville Valley, New Hampshire

Cost is $1199.00 per person for shared accommodations (five nights lodging at either the Silver Fox Inn or the Valley Inn); all meals beginning with lunch on Sunday, September 20, and concluding with lunch on Friday, September 25; and a workshop with one instructor.

For single accommodations, add $300.00 ($1,499.00 total).

For an additional $250 ($1749.00 total), a non-participating spouse/partner/companion may join you in your single room (includes all meals).

You may begin setup of your work station after lunch on Sunday, September. Workshops begin at 3 p.m. that day for introductions and class preview, followed by a welcome reception at 5 p.m. at the Silver Fox Inn. Dinner is served nightly at 6 p.m. Classes continue Tuesday through Thursday, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break each day from noon to 1 p.m. Classrooms are open 24 hours. On Friday, there is a "wrap-up" morning session from 9 to 11 a.m., followed by classroom cleanup and farewell lunch at noon. Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 a.m. daily. Each evening, one member of our faculty may give an informal presentation of their work in their classroom for all attendees.

The Valley Inn and the Silver Fox Inn provide the perfect setting for a relaxing week spent creating and exploring new techniques. Our limited class enrollment numbers assure each student receives individual attention. We will do our best to have your accommodations located in the same inn as your selected classroom. The Inns are located a short walk across the street from one another.

All meals are served family-style buffet, with a variety of choices at every meal. Depending on weather, evening meals for all students and staff will be served at the Silver Fox Inn, which features a spacious deck perfect for dining outdoors. For inclement weather we'll be inside the main dining room at the Valley Inn. Breakfast and lunch will be available at both Inns for convenience.

Getting Here
Students are responsible for their own transportation to Waterville Valley. The closest airports are Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and Boston Logan International Airport. Heading north on I-93, take Exit 28 to Waterville Valley, travel east. After reaching the entry to the resort, take a left turn onto Tecumseh Road and you'll see the Inns next to the Waterville Valley Conference Center.

There is no sales tax in New Hampshire. Sadly, with the recent closing of Keepsake Quilting in Center Harbor, there is not a quilt or craft shop close to Waterville Valley. Be sure to check out the supply lists for each of our instructors and prepare accordingly. You may wish to shop at the many other quilt shops in New Hampshire and there is a Hobby Lobby in Tilton, NH, just off I-93 at the Tilton Outlet Stores exit.
